Linus UFO day
This day was successful and enjoyed by all that attended. This UFO was used for members to learn or re-visit making flying geese. It’s aim was for members to learn technique which will leave the minimum of waste fabric making flying geese. Then go away and make a set of flying geese which will be put together as strips which will end up being sown together to make a Linus quilt. In the middle of the day was a lovely lunch, provided by each members contribution. Photos below show the member working on their individual strips and the end result of a colourful Linus quilt. Well done all who participated.
